John at American Storage is a gem to work with. When we needed some storage last minute, I called all the storage places in SF, and was very impressed with how caring and professional John was. Every time we go to the unit, we’re greeted with a smile. I couldn’t ask for anything better!

Very convenient. Easy on/off freeway. My stuff was there for three years. My stuff was safe for three years. Plus they have a nice clean restroom. They also  have a friendly staff.

I had a unit here for a few years and it was a joy to visit.  Every interaction with them was easy and accommodating.  Over time, I became friendly with the staff and they are always positively responsive.  The place is clean, well kept, convenient and has 24 hour access.  Honestly I was sad to leave as my experience had been a continuously positive one.  Priced well for SF.

I woke up this morning knowing that I needed to rent a storage unit but dreading having to do it. John at American Storage made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. The prices can’t be beat and the service is amazing. I accidentally broke my key off in my storage padlock and one of the passing technicians happily assisted me. I absolutely recommend this place if you need storage.
