We offer Move-In Specials and all of our units are ground level so you can easily drive up them. No elevators and no loading docks required. We offer the best prices in the city for ground-level storage. It makes a difference. We also allow for acceptance of commercial deliveries. History
Established in 1974.
American Storage started on the piers of San Francisco in 1974 storing cars, trucks and Rv’s. In 1993, we moved to 6th street and started doing self-storage with only just over 300 units. Because of the Mission Bay project, American Storage was forced to move in 1998. In December of that year, we moved over to our current location on Port property. We have grown over the years and now have over 900 storage units on almost 7 acres.
